An internal corporate event for Coca-Cola, with over 4,000 delegates from across the UK attending the two day event, this was a massive project requiring a tight schedule. Working alongside other suppliers, just two days were allowed to set up at London’s Excel.
With a focus on Coca-Cola’s sponsorship of the 2012 London Olympics, the audience entered the 'Olympic Village', then the 'Exchange Zone', the 'opening ceremony' and five strategy zones.
Deemed a brilliant success by the client, the event went on to win Event magazine’s Best Internal Staff Event Award 2010 and the IVCA LiveCom Internal Experience Award 2010.
