Australian War Memorial - Hyde Park Corner 2003

Unusual Services was engaged by The Australian High Commission to provide the production infrastructure for the dedication of the new Australian War Memorial on Hyde Park corner in London.

Services included temporary roadway, power management, sound, lighting, rigging, structures, welfare and media facilities.

The memorial was dedicated by Her Majesty The Queen in the presence of The Prime Minister of Australia, John Howard, and the Prime Minister of the United Kindom, The Rt. Hon Tony Blair.

The memorial is now a focal point for the ANZAC commemorations at dawn on April 25th every year. Unusual provides the site infrastructure for the dawn service each year.
