We have four specialist workshops for steel fabrication, wire rope assembly, winch/chain hoist maintenance and electrics/electronics. Our specialists include mechanical, electrical and structural designers.


What do we do?

Essentially, we move things, we suspend them and we lift them. It may be a permanent move; a temporary move or it may be a repetitive move. Precisely what is moved, suspended of lifted is up to your imagination. This may include animate and inanimate objects. Who are Unusual?

Established in 1983. The company has a wealth of experience from theatre, music and exhibitions and consists of a team of 60 in-house specialists with a wide range of disciplines.
