Robin ran his own rigging company for many years before joining Unusual in 1991, touring the world with stars such as The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Bob Dylan and Fleetwood Mac.

In charge of Special Projects, Robin has been involved with many projects, but lists Genesis European Tour ’92, RAF Museum Cosford, La Princesse, Fourth Plinth Commission in Trafalgar Square and Harrier & Jaguar at Tate Britain among his most memorable.

An NRC A1 Assessor, Robin runs the company’s NRC Assessment Centre at Earls Court; other qualifications are HND in Engineering, Working at Height, Licenced Plant Operator and NRC Level 3.
