Tom joined the company in 2000 and is responsible for all logistical arrangements for the company. He also organises all rigging and operational requirements for Earls Court  and provides support to the technical director for all projects.

Notable projects include The British Military Tournament, Harrier & Jaguar at Tate Britain and the new Pavilion for Garsington Opera. Professional qualifications include LEEA level 1 certification; Tom is also a qualified PPE inspector.
